We have extensive experience in the field of pipe frames for special machine construction and assembly automation. In combination with table and mounting plates and smaller mechanical components and attachments, we can supply you with all the mechanical parts you need for your special machine as a system supplier. If required, we can assemble components, including the procurement of standard parts and measurement of the assemblies.
For tubular frames, we offer every step of the manufacturing process as a service, from raw material cutting and bending to welding, heat treatment, milling, grinding, and complete CNC machining and surface treatment/painting. This gives you a high degree of flexibility, adherence to delivery dates, and high cost-effectiveness.
We also have very specialised knowledge and capabilities in the field of ESD powder coating, including electronic discharge protocols.
